A lot of people are prone to anxiety attacks lately because social media had been making it difficult for some people especially teenagers to get in touch with reality. Everyone is showing their happy side. If not happy, they tend to be attention seekers who fish for sympathy and we are all afraid to look like any of them. This is why we are restricting ourselves whenever we try to express things which are not within our control. It's perfectly alright not to be perfect. Yet, it is so hard for other people to accept this and this can make them suicidal in the long run.
